Above & Beyond Routine Maintenance
AirCare Plus tune-up services offer a thorough inspection and adjustment for unparalleled performance. Even if the HVAC unit receives quality routine maintenance, a certified AirCare Plus technician can identify problems and resolve addressable issues for the following HVAC components:

Thermostat Controls
Ensuring energy-efficiency settings and installing programmable thermostats
(if eligible). -
Economizer
Creating and optimizing the functionality of the economizer, while promoting outdoor air.

Refrigerant Charge
Assessing the charge in order to extend the compressor’s life and reduce energy consumption.

Program Requirements
The AirCare Plus Program is designed to enhance existing HVAC maintenance. The following are eligibility requirements to participate in the AirCare Plus Program:
- Commercial electric customers with a participating utility
- Packaged HVAC or split systems
- Units that are between three and 60 tons
